Successful Use of RAD/RAP (Rapid Applications Development and Prototyping)

Introducing Effective CRC Workshops

It is a widely held belief, one with which we certainly agree, that one of the two most effective ways to improve the quality of object-oriented designs, code and expertise is hold regular CRC workshops. They can, however, be difficult to initiate. Without qualified and experienced moderators, without correct results documentation, the time can be wasted. We act as moderators and mentors during the first few CRC workshops. We also coach your own emerging moderators such that our input can be phased out. (The other of the two ways to effective spend any spare resources is on regular, informal, peer-group reviews - otherwise known as walkthroughs. Naturally, we can help initiate these as well.)
